Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic Orders have the option to ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Priority Mail will take approximately 2-4 days to arrive from the time of shipment and includes insurance. Ground Advantage will take approximately 3-7 days from the time of shipment and DOES NOT include insurance. While we have not had an issue with lost packages, this is something to keep in mind.
Your order will ship out within 3-5 days from the date of purchase. Upon shipment processing, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order goes out. Please note that we are not privy to any tracking information beyond that connected to your tracking number on the USPS website, and we are not able to help track down lost packages. These concerns should be taken up directly with the USPS. Once a package tracks as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacement if it is stolen or missing. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery, please contact us to add signature confirmation to your order.  Please contact us if you have any other special shipping needs and we can do our best to accommodate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently shipping internationally to Canada only at this time. Orders will ship via First Class International which takes approximately two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. Unfortunately we cannot predict, nor are we responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time and oftentimes, First Class International shipments can be difficult to track once they leave our hands. If you are concerned about tracking, please contact us to make other shipping arrangements.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes, and we, Tierra Made, are not responsible for customs fees or taxes charged upon arrival. The recipient is solely responsible for all additional taxes and fees. If you are curious about the import taxes for your location, please be sure to inquire with your local post office about that rate, as we are not able to provide accurate rate information. All orders will be marked as merchandise, and we will not mark items with a lower value to avoid customs fees. Please contact us if you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping, we are happy to work with you.

RETURNS

In the event that your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any way, returns need to made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending an item back in order to authorize a return. Items should be sent back in original condition, and include a note stating the reason for your return or exchange, as well as a return address. We can either issue a refund or exchange for another item. In the case of a refund, please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Should you have any other issues with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our very best to take care of you. 

Please note that items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Final sale pieces will only be replaced/exchanged for a like item in the case that they are damaged in shipping.

At times we may offer sales or special discount codes. Please note that discount offers cannot be combined, are applicable to dates of sale only, and will not be applied retroactively to past orders, or extended to orders placed after a sale has concluded.
